🌸Postnatal Recovery Plan
Your body goes through huge changes during pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period. This three-month programme gives you the time, support and specialist care needed to properly focus on your recovery.
We’ll create a personalised treatment plan around your symptoms and goals, whether you’re experiencing pelvic floor weakness, abdominal separation, scar discomfort, heaviness, bladder or bowel symptoms, or simply don’t feel like yourself yet.
Three months of dedicated support to help you rebuild strength, restore confidence and feel more comfortable in your body.

Pelvic health problems rarely need a quick fix. This three-month programme gives us the opportunity to understand what’s happening, treat the underlying issues and monitor your progress along the way.
Your treatment is completely individualised and may include pelvic floor rehabilitation, hands-on therapy, Winback, Ultra Tesla or other appropriate treatments depending on your needs.

🤍 Scar Therapy Plan
Scars can affect much more than the appearance of your skin. They can feel tight, itchy, numb or painful and may restrict movement or create tension in the surrounding tissues.
This three-month programme gives us the time to work progressively with your scar and the surrounding tissues, helping to improve mobility, comfort and how your body feels.
Whether your scar is from a C-section, abdominal surgery, breast surgery, cancer treatment or another procedure, we’ll work with you to help your scar feel softer, more comfortable and less restrictive.
